Karaoke box

This one off houses a special karaoke service on wheels! Comes complete with tape karaoke machine (with jack for cd player), microphone, karaoke cds made especially for the set and two copies of song books.

The case is made from red painted ply wood, and contains enough small compartments for many more cds and tapes. It has a set of castors on the base and a pull along handle.
This was made as a piece of art in 2002, and has travelled the country, but it is now time to retire it.

The front doors are adorned with the logo "ministry of wellbeing" which was an organisation made up for the travelling karaoke project.

The top not only folds vertically for easier storage, but it also sits horizontally as a desk and at an angle for use as a drawing board.

Extending (from 5 - 9 foot) reclaimed ex-photographic studio lamp. Re-sprayed red with a soft yellow detail.
